We agree terms order by order — advance, balance against delivery or shipping documents, or LC for larger export orders — depending on product, volume and relationship. Whatever we agree is stated clearly on the quote before you commit.
We quote the terms that suit you — EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — and state them explicitly on the quote so there are no surprises at customs.
In-stock lines ship quickly; made-to-order production typically adds manufacturing lead time, and transit depends on destination and mode (air vs. sea). Your quote includes a delivery schedule for your specific order.
